Questions
- 5min - 6min: I have a student graduating in January and joining us only semester one. She has enough credits to graduate, but it shows on the 1701 as too few credits because it shows until the end of the year. Is there a way to show that she has enough credits?
- 6min - 8min: Please show us how to run a snapshot. I was able to do the report, I suppose the snapshot is different than the report.
- 8min - 11min: We have students who receive two credits for CLC (Create a Life Connections). The course is actually a full credit course. How can we fix the credit issue? Is it something – is this doing something in MyEd or the ministry?
- 11min - 12min: What is the best way to address cross-enrolled students (Grade 9-11 and 12 for us) on the 1701?
- 12min - 13min: I have two extra students that say they’re enrolled at my school. How would I figure out who the extra students are? It shows on MyEd that they’re tracked up and the ministry shows I have two more than what I’m supposed to.
- 13min - 16min: I’m a K to 7 school (an elementary school). Should every student be enrolled in French except for exempt students? My numbers are not adding up.
- 16min - 18min: Will a course code showing on our 1701 file from a previous school affect our reporting? We’ve been trying to contact the previous school but haven’t got any response.
- 18min - 20min: May I have some help altering a student’s grade? At this point, parents have requested that their student be held in the previous year’s grade.
- 24min - 25min: How to enroll a student into the Competency Based IEP if the plan is still the old IEP format?
- 25min - 27min: My question is for Core French. When I run the verification, it shows up as a different number than the amount of kids that I do have in French. Do you know why that would happen?
